Refund Policy for Celiacita

At Celiacita, we are dedicated to providing high-quality gluten-free baked goods, including cookies, cupcakes, and pancakes.
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds

  • All sales of baked goods and other products purchased through https://celiacita.ae or in-store are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for purchased items, except as required by UAE consumer protection laws.

2. Exceptions

  • If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or purchase to report the issue.
  • We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement for defective or incorrect items, subject to verification.
  • Claims for allergen concerns must be reported immediately, but we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens, as stated in our Disclaimer.
